I use the MTM Handloaders Log. It allows me to capture all of my data and include the targets after I shoot. Midway sells them. If you like to use a computer, then spreadsheets are great. Good luck.
I have that same scope with a 30 MOA rail and I have around 21 Mil of elevation. I use it on a 300 PRC and it is just enough to reach a mile. You will need a lot more elevation to get to 2500 yards. The 300 PRC needs around 45 Mil of elevation according to Hornady. I would suggest looking at...
