Of the three you listed I think the Leupold sounds the best.
It has a nicer form factor than the Bushnell, and is a bit lighter.
I'd exclude the NF, the max magnification on it is nearly half the other 2, and has a SFP reticle.
It feels much less comparable for what it sounds like you're...
Everything I've read generally says it's been well received.
If I ever come across one for a deal around the 400$ mark (like what people in this thread have found) I would definitely pick one up just to see it.
That said, I usually see them retail at around the 700 mark. It's probably still a...
Looks really neat.
But I'm not sure I'd risk being an early adopter for 2700$ though.
Around that price point I'd personally opt for the SCAR 17s if you're looking for a lightweight 'battle rifle' style firearm.
I wouldn't do it.
I don't think it will yield any significant improvements or changes, but will definitely create a major hassle if you want to remove it.
I've generally found the AR platform to be relatively tolerant to slight mismatches.
I bet it will run okay, and would go ahead and try it as long as it doesn't void any warranties or returns.
Thanks for the info. They look like nice scopes.
I'm currently torn between either getting the ER/T now, waiting for Leupold to release the replacement model line, or picking up a NF SHV f1.
338 lap ar pattern rifle with a quick takedown function.
Anyone own one?
I see prices for them are now comparable to some of the nice bolt actions, and was wondering how it stacks up against the competition.
Would be really neat to hear about it. I wonder how well it hold zero after being...
Did you build this ar-15 yourself, and how many rounds have had through it?
If it's a new build, maybe a spring was installed incorrectly.
If it came prebuilt from the factory like that, give the ar-15 company a call.
Since Leupold has began moving on from their mark 4 line, I've seen quite a few great deals on them, and I'm interested in picking up a 4.5-14 ER/T m5.
How's the turret tracking accuracy on these scopes? anyone own one?
I've never handled one before, and my LGS doesn't carry them. Do they have...
ps90 could be good if neighbors are a concern.
I saw a carnik con video a while back that showed the rounds becoming harmless after a couple sheets of dry wall or something.
