    Sorry to be clear the Tikka I'm not so concerned about it's whether reversing the 20 MOA mount and mounting it backwards on the Impact action would effectively cancel things out to 0 MOA and allow me to run the S&B PMII without a whole bunch of cant in the setup.

    Thanks for all the guidance gang, appreciate it. We only have one shop in this country that sells AI rifles, limited selection so most people who shoot them up here import from the US retailers and pay the import fees and duty charges.
