    Re: chamber reaming cutting oil? Good luck finding Mobilmet Omega in less than a 55 gal. drum. I just ordered 5 gallons and was sent Mobilmet 766, it replacement. Don't know if I am going to use the 766 or not. Anyone used it or know anything about it?

    Gunsmithing MCM A5 and PT&G bottom metal??

    Anyone have or seen Dave Kiff's Remington 700 bottom metal. I have a Mcmillan A5 inletted for Rem. BDL and tried a Williams trigger guard. It is a very sloppy fit. Can anyone tell me if PT&G fits any better?

    Gunsmithing 300 WM barrel twist?

    I am putting together a 300WM and am wondering what is the best twist rate. I see 1-10 is the most common. I have a Rock 1-11 5R blank laying around and would like to use it. Would this be acceptable or would a 1-10 produce better results?

    Re: cad/cam package Take a look at Solidworks and Gibbs Cam. I found both pretty easy to learn. You can draw in Solidworks and import the drawing to Gibbs Cam.

    Anyone know if the hinged floorplate and the DBM bottom metal are interchangable? I found a mcmillan inletted for DBM and I have a hinged floorplate. Will it work?
