    Model 70 in .30-06 Question

    Does anyone know of a custom gun maker that will manufacture a Model 70, pre-64 with a precision .30-06 barrel. I know of Texas Brigade Armory but I'm looking for a custom manufacturer who will do fiberglass stocks and has a reputation for premium quality. At this point price is not an obstacle.

    It's not a limp wrist, I've had 3 experienced shooters try it, we also checked the extractor. I'm calling Springfield monday and I'm going to send it to them and let them figure it out. I'm hoping that it will come back repaired, if not then i'll go from there.

    Benchmade AFO II auto and a Laguiole with a damascus steel blade (currently under repair) cause I was stupid, but sharp as a razor. I also have a leek that I carry sometimes but its more for opening letters and cutting open boxes etc.
