    The bottom metal is a Pacific Tool and Gauge military style, drops right in to a bdl inlet.

    I should also add that the magazine was a very tight fit until I had it in and out of the bottom metal a couple dozen times, after that I noticed it smoothed up.

    I just wanted to update my post and add that I have purchased this dbm for my remington long range 300 win mag and I am very happy with it. The fit in the bdl inlet was perfect, and it feeds flawlessly. I don't think it can be beat for 200$, magazine included.

    I would think you would have around 7-8 mils with a 0-moa base and 12-13 with a 20 moa.

    I just bought a bushnell g2dmr from Scott at liberty optics for what I consider to be a fantastic price. I was looking at the swfa also but it wasn't in stock when I bought. From what I hear the SS has better glass, but I really like the G2 reticle and it was considerably cheaper than the SS.
