    Wierd AR Stock Question

Re: Wierd AR Stock Question A new tube costs 20 bucks, my suggestion would be penny pinch for a week and buy the right tube. other than that the tape doesn't sound like a bad temp fix

    Larue OBR 18"

Re: Larue OBR 18" I been thinking about one of these for a while now as well, recently got to check out one of the PredatAR's and it was incredibly light, wasn't crazy about the light weight barrel though

    Larue PredatAR Light weight barrel?

Got to finally put hands on one of these and loved it. A lot lighter than i was expecting! I did have one concern, has anyone tried dumping a couple of mags to check and see if there is any barrel wilt do to heat with that light weight barrel? Otherwise it looks amazing!

    AR-10 Options / Opinions

Re: AR-10 Options / Opinions Agreed, but i do feel past experience with a company's character does play an important role in the OP's decision. I know for a fact the guys at GA are great and will take care of you like a brother. I do not have any experience with Larue so i will not say...

SA M1A scout squad-good to choice to suppress?

Re: SA M1A scout squad-good to choice to suppress? If you are looking for something compact the Scout is the best option. I had a SOCOM for a while and it was great, but the muzzle break is incorporated into the gas block. The scout is still nice and compact while still having the muzzle...

New guy looking into buying my first rifle.

Re: New guy looking into buying my first rifle. I had an itch for something that was a little out of the ordinary as well. I scratched the itch and built an M1A EBR... and now I'm getting rid of it to get an AR-10... if you are still hung up on that PSG-1 you could get a PTR for a decent...

    AR-10 Options / Opinions

Re: AR-10 Options / Opinions I'm in the same situation. After doing a lot of research I will be going with a GAP-10, Larue OBR, or the LMT MWS... If money is no object then you shouldn't be looking at anything other than the best

Sidearms & Scatterguns fn~fnp 40, yah or nah???

Re: fn~fnp 40, yah or nah??? I currently own an FNP45 Tactical and i love it. I guess it will depend on what you want to use it for. I really like the fact that it can be decocked and carried in double action. I haven't ever had an issue with it.

Sidearms & Scatterguns Biggest 1911 fish story I've ever heard...

Re: Biggest 1911 fish story I've ever heard... If Ant armies needed artillery i would see a good use for this platform, but as a "600 yard suppressing fire" provider, I'd rather not piss of the guy with a 7.62x54r with my long distance marble-thrower

Sidearms & Scatterguns Biggest 1911 fish story I've ever heard...

Does a McMillan stock really make a difference?

Re: Does a McMillan stock really make a difference? Your accuracy really is just going to come down to your bedding and pillar set up. a full length aluminum block is going to stiffen up the fore end which is a good thing if you have it free floated and intend to use a bipod.
