Think about a BRX. That's a blow out of .100" and the brass still lasts forever if you size it correctly. The amount of blowout on the first firing is a non issue.

I use a rotary from Phoenix Phase Converter on my Sharp that has a 5 HP motor. I also mounted it outside of the shop, but it is quite enough you don't need to. I believe it is also made in the USA and was about $675 shipped for a 10 HP.
Learn something new everyday. What is the spacing on the subtensions? Do you miss the big 10 mil marks? I always really liked those since I shoot with a guy a lot who ran a PLRF10C and we could easily work together to locate targets by calling 55 mils left of the windmill for example.
JGS is widely considered the gold standard in reamers. With that said the majority I have are PTG and cut very nice chambers. JGS seems to have better quality control in my experience.
I've worked on several of my own in the lathe after cerakote and have not felt a need to have them refinished. I don't recall any marking on them at all.
