    Re: Remington 700 bottom metal alternative I put a mag in it today. It looked like when it is flush the mag will be just right with the reciever. Will have to find some shorter bolts too. Hope to have it all done tomorrow.

    Re: Remington 700 bottom metal alternative This is my factory stock. I went with it first since it is all plastic,and would be easier than my other stock. (Cheaper too) I had to go real slow and test fit often. Also had to be careful and not set it to deep where the screws would come...

    Just curious

    With fgmm as my barrel heats up my 168's spread out, but my 175's close in. Was wanderin if this happens to anyone else. The barrel was hot enough to evaporate the rain off of it, but the groups was getting tighter with each shot. This was the first time i had shot 175's in this gun.

    I just weighed a new box, 94 of them were exactly 175. this is alot better than the previous ones. They were running about 80%.
