    You will be absolutely fine using small rifle non-magnum primers. Many people have great success doing so and I am one of them. 2300 rounds down a barrel with nothing but cci400 and I have shot matches in 20 degree temps without issue. Very accurate and nice and low SDs.

    I have a homemade stud that I “grip” with my thumb while the rest of my fingers grab and squeeze my bag. First year using it and so far I’m loving it.

    I was only 9 FPS faster when switching from Hornady brass to Alpha OCD brass with the same weight of powder, same primers, same bullet and same barrel.

    Not yet and the bolt cycles almost as smooth. I have not shit a match in windy dusty conditions since. Last match was the yeti match in Nebraska and it was raining the entire second day. Time will tell.

    I learned the hard way after oiling the bolt nice and good and then shooting in a windy dusty match. Now I only Grease the back of the lugs and Hornady oneshot the bolt.

    Exactly! That’s precisely why the time on PRS matches are getting shorter and shorter and “all gear in hand” or “deploy on the clock” if you need it than use it but it is going to cost you time. You make the decision.

    It was 95 people last year so yes it was less. I think this year it 2 short of being sold out but I’m not sure why there were less available squads.
