Gunsmith - Brass damage question

My Bighorn was doing this and I found it to be the case mouth hitting the side of the receiver. I placed a small piece of Velcro felt on the receiver behind the ejection port and the problem went away.

Do you shoot your .223?

Any experience on the 75bthp vs the 75 eldm? All I have ever shot is the eldm and was thinking of giving the bthp a whirl.
