    Bullets...

Re: Bullets... Thanks guys. Just curious and starting to reload. I have a 22-250 and having my 30-06 rebarrelled to a Creedmoor 1 in 8 twist. So I was really just generally speaking. I have built a relationship with a distributor via reloading for shotgun stuff so I have a lot of options...

    Bullets...

New to the game and I am just wondering with so many options how do you pick a specific bullet. I understand the whole gun will pick it but there are hundreds to choose from if you count weight and different manufacturers. My buddies are telling me to stick with Berger or Nosler but I am one...

    223 vs 22-250

Re: 223 vs 22-250 Great discussions and I really appreciate it...nice guns y'all posted! I found a smoking deal on a Savage 12 .223 and if I get it I plan on AI'ing if after this post. As for the AR comments...the outfitter I plan on using doesn't allow AR's bolt guns only. I shot a AR and...

Rifle Scopes Bushnell 3200 vs 4200...

Re: Bushnell 3200 vs 4200... I can get a Viper (non PST) with mildot recticle for just over $400. My nonlove for Bushnell stems from a shotgun scope I had years ago that the crosshairs broke and they wouldn't do a darn thing about it. That was a LONG time ago and saw that scope for $175...

Rifle Scopes Bushnell 3200 vs 4200...

Re: Bushnell 3200 vs 4200... Fixed 10x, mil/mil, 1" tube...on sale right now at Midway for $175 The 3-12 4200 I would rather find a Vortex for the cost of them...again, in general I am not a Bushnell fan. From your post it sounds like that is what I need to do anyway. Thanks Bob.

    223 vs 22-250

Re: 223 vs 22-250 Thanks guys...sounds like it is more personal preference and they will both get the job done. Decisions, decisions.... Again, thanks!

Savage 10fp or Remington sps tac.

Re: Savage 10fp or Remington sps tac. I don't like the looks of the 20" barrels personally so that would make that decision on those two for me...I know the FP is just 2" longer but it does look different and better to me. I have learned it is all personal preference between those two.

    223 vs 22-250

I am going to put together a prairie dog rig. I had my mind made up on a 22-250 and a buddy told me to go with the 223 because the recoil isn't as much and you get to see more of your kills. He says that is the most fun part of dog hunting. I plan on reloading because I have bought all the...

Rifle Scopes Bushnell 3200 vs 4200...

Is there a big difference in glass clarity between the two? Not a Bushnell fan but looking like they might be the best value for a newbie trying to put a rifle together "semi" cheaply. If I bump up in price it is going to be a Vortex but I can buy 2 Bushnell's for the Vortex that I would buy...
