    I think it could be used as a training tool. However, before even using that scope, I think that they should at least learn to stabilize the rifle better.

    Thank you, the Nightforce website doesn't list a minimum focus distance. I was looking for a scope that would work for rimfire, but could be transferred over to a .308 if need be.

    Thank you, I would really appreciate it. It's difficult to tell with a ruler, but 40x is a bench rest style stock and the tip of the fore end is about 2.5" and get's thicker. I need to get a caliper, and get more accurate measurements.

    I pulled forward on the trigger and the center section popped out. I brushed against it, and it fired. That is a scary light trigger. I thought the normal trigger pull was light, but this is just nuts.

    I have a SAPR on a LMT sopmod stock. I use it with a OBR, and I like a it a lot better than the Larue RISR. The SAPR works really well and doesn't unseat your ear protection.
