I can't seem to make up my mind on what glass to get - here are my requirements:
Shooting range: 100-400 yards
Power range: something capable of at least 10X - fixed or variable
Focal Plane: FFP would be nice, but not a requirement, cool with SFP
Illumination: not necessary, but nice to have...
What's annoying is that I ordered the 3-15x42 SS a couple days ago and not having been notified of any shipment info, I decided to check the website - of course it's backordered.
If they're not going to unplublish items that aren't available, at least have somebody add some text that says...

For the MRAD line:
3-15x42 SS = out of stock
5-20x50 SS HD = out of stock
10X SS (rear and side focus) = out of stock

I like the ARMS better because like you said, the installation is easier. I'm just not sure I want to chance it with my possibly out of spec SA receiver.
