    This is the Guardian Series and is why it is so popular. If they had more matches, especially with their day 2 format and approach to the prize table they would take over. Good people, good structure, good purpose, no drama and good fun. Go supoort them.

    I’ve had two 1:12 Lothar .308 barrels on two different AIs and also a .260 REM from them. Gotta say I thought all 3 were mediocre at best. I’m not a fan. Got a Bartlein 1:10 for the .308 and another in .260 done by a reputable smith and the difference is obvious.

    Not essential but I used it on every stage at a recent match. Tagets were grey steel against a grey slate/shingle background on a mountainside. It was pouring with rain and vis was pretty awful. You could get by without it but on days like that it makes a difference.
