New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
What scope? Is your torque wrench calibrated and set correctly? Not trying to be insulting, just starting down the list.
I had a hunting Kahles scope once that with Warne rings properly set, the power ring could not be turned. It was just a thin scope with no clearances.
Well, now that NF has the Beast and the 2.5-10 X 42 out there, I think they need to get after releasing a 1-6 or 1-8.
NF, FYI, I am not above begging......
Re: How about NRA membership necessary for the Hide?
Today semi-autos, tomorrow bolt guns, excuse me, sniper rifles......

Re: Zeiss Conquest disappointment and question
Ps. IMO the Conquests are an incredible value.
I did a comparison a number of years ago where I sat two rifles up looking at a hillside 200 yards away just before dusk. One rifle had a Zeiss Conquest 3.5-10X50 and the other a Kahles 2.5-10X50...
Re: Zeiss Conquest disappointment and question
Fixed power scopes have fewer lenses typically, which can be an advantage.
The main problem with your test I believe is that the Z800 (and Z600, etc.) is optimized for longer range shooting and has the parallax set at 300 yds, not 100 as the...
Re: Loading for a semiauto .308
Thanks.
I have been shooting both Varget reloads and Southwest ammo in this and the Southwest ammo burns so much cleaner it is clear they are using a different powder.
After 21 years of really good service, I have come to the conclusion it is time to replace my Dewalt cordless drill/driver. What is the best one out there from a reliability, power and battery life standpoint? Thanks
