    Yeah that’s cool if you can easily centre it by loosening some screws and repositioning. What I was getting at was I’ve seen this with the bonded rifles too. Not as easy with the bonded rifles.

    At least it’s not bonded. I’ve seen this with brand new AXMCs too. Not usually as noticeable with the factory barrels. Screw in a heavier profile and its quite noticeable. For the money, I agree, they should be dead centre, especially left/right.

    Also, in a bunch of my internet searching on this, it looks like PVA orders the chassis with an oversized barrel inlet. It may also be early enough to request this change in his chassis order and then stick with the MTUs if clearance wouldn't be an issue.

    I’m using an 8 twist for the 195 EOL. 7mm Rem Mag though (SAAMI chamber). 2880fps out of a 28” JC Custom with 66.5 grains of Retumbo. Just sent off my Manson reamer with a .260 free bore for the 190s. Going 8 twist again, but this time 29”. Can’t wait, N570 on hot standby.

    Bighorn Origin barrel to a TL3

    My understanding is that these used to only be required for the TL3/SR3 short actions in order to run barrels cut for the origins and long action TL3/SR3 (which had the same tenon lengths). Do the medium actions have the same tenon length as the long actions and origins as well?
