    Bullet pulled in barrel

    I had this issue with a JP upper that had thousands of rounds through it. The issue seemed to be copper fouling. Added copper solvent to my cleaning and never had the problem again.

    PCC

    I've been running a JP GMR for two years shooting some USPSA and KD steel. 6000 rounds and no issues. I added a magwell to help reloads and an extended mag release button. Also lightened the buffer and buffer spring to suit my 125 PF reloads.

    55 gr Bullets and Varget

    For light bullets I've used H 322, H 335, AA 2015, W 748, and H Benchmark. All worked but I settled on Benchmark. I use Varget for SMK 69 loads.

    I can't speak about hits @ 900 yards but using 24.0 of RL-15 behind a Hornady 75 HPBT got 2700+ from a 20" barrel.

    IMHO, Any clearance is enough. I can barely get my scope cover on my Rem 700 .308 with Leupold 6.5 x 20 and have had no issues for many years.

    Its similar to the Mil-R but has .2 mil holds and each whole mil is numbered. It's in their 2018 catalog and I would expect in on their website.
