It's amazing their will and drive to survive. Guarantee someone blew that coyotes leg off and he was 100% completely healed and just as healthy as could be. Best bullet I've used to date for keeping fur intact with minimal damage is the 60 Grain CEB Raptor, they are tougher to load for though. Why we need more Primers fast!
Year before the shitshow we averaged 85 per pelt, we always have and always will gear our cartridge and bullet selection for the conservation of the fur. 22-250 is what we used in all of these kills, mostly 50 grain vax, or 60 grain CEB Raptor, these kills are only a fraction of what my SSD's...- skinney_7
