    Deersniper--it will work. I used to have one that was 12"x12" piece of 3/4" plywood. I also had a smaller piece of 1/2" thick conveyer belt glue to the front of that so that I wouldn't shoot through the plywood. The old thicker than shit phone books work well too, but those are kinda rare...
