    Thanks for the heads up. I didn’t realize there was other options. Only had to use there bolts twice. What has been your issue(s) with PTG?

    Forgot that I worked this load up in the winter. I recall factory 700 bolts being (3) pieces. Had a piece of the bolt face that the rim of the case sits below blow clean off. Time order a new PTG bolt or is this salvageable?

    Thank you all for that. I could not derive that from the google images, but I didnt pay close enough attention to the subtension values. Like most things it’s user error. Is the reticle slightly thicker since it is not as fine graduations?

    About to pull the trigger on a new XTR, but I’m not understanding the advantage(s) of the standard SCR2 and the 1./4 mil version. Is it a 2.5:1 mil click ratio i.e. 4 clicks equal (1) mil versus 10 clicks? If it is does that materially next 2.5x more travel? I guess I’m just dense. Looking at...

    Can’t figure out which Aics mag?

    I googled and down but came up empty. I have a 7stw and I’m not positive if the 338 LM mag is too big. None of my AI 300 WM mags work. The ridge inside the mag right below the neck-shoulder junction is. Keeps hitting the case body. Any suggestions?

    Thanks. Barrel channel I can get with a tool I have. The bottom metal I was concerned about. I’ve used a mill to do an HS and bell and Carlson but never even held one of these stockys. So I wasn’t sure what could be done to it.
