Just a thought here, but taking it back to the same guy who messed it up the first time could be a little concerning unless it was just bad luck. I would talk to him about his process and make sure he is putting on loctite or nail polish.

Looks good. My only thought is that unless it is a 3 position safety and you can lock the bolt, I don't prefer the bolts on hunting rigs to be that long as I snag them on everything. I like the size, it just looks long.
