New Contest Starting Now! This Target Haunts Me
Tell us about the one that got away, the flier that ruined your group, the zero that drifted, the shot you still see when you close your eyes. Winner will receive a free scope!
I couldn't log on either until I finally figured out that I needed to click the link that it gives you when you can't remember your password. You name and temp password is sent to your email. Log on with that and then change them once you are logged in.
What I find strange is that some of you know how many posts you lost. I am now below 100, but have no idea how many I lost. I have no idea how many I had before.
Its not the toughness that you have to worry about -- that can be resolved by cooking method. Its the testosterone taste/smell that turns most folks off!

Keep us posted as to your solution if you find one. I inherited a 11-48 that has the same problem. Have not broken mine down yet.
Re: non lead
Do you guys that are shooting the TSX find that distance to the lands is critical for best accuracy? One reputable source told me that the TSX would not group well for him unless his seating depth allowed a considerable jump. Was just wondering what others have found.

I've got 2 eagle packs and 2 blackhawk IVS stock packs, and while I like both, I believe my preference is for the blackhawk -- makes for a great cheek weld.
Re: Hunting Head Shots
First headshot pic -- never thought to take pics before although I've made many headshots in my life. This one at 342 yards with the workhorse (6.5-284) shooting 140 Berger VLDs. No discarded meat.
