I know I would need a long action to successfully shoot the 180's of a .284. But what about the 160's. Will they work out of a standard short action with the .284? Just thinking of another barrel for my Impact action (without going to a Mag bolt).
My XLR needed I slight bit of inletting for the front trigger hanger screw head to clear. That said so did my Mcmillan A5 with CDI DBM. Not much on either, but still a little
question on old thread. I'm looking at MDT adjustable grip for a kiddo. Does the adjustment move closer to the trigger for tiny hands or more to the rearward for a larger hands? thanks
like title says, looking for a 338 Norma (lower round count). Open to different options. Barreled action OK. will also need dies and brass if available.
Currently shooting a couple of Dashers. I'm using Redding 3 die set with neck bushings. Currently using a .267 Bushing. Im thinking of getting me a new FL sizing die. What would yall recommend, using a COAX. I was thinking a Forster and having it honed. I'm shooting blue box Lapua brass...
I know its a long shot. trying to find some 103 Vapor trails. My 11yo and 9yo are shooting a local match and I'm going to try get them a slight edge. Shooting a two Dashers.
Ok Thanks for all the responses.
We have to shoot off a non F-class style bipod. I just happen to have Harris's
.104 freebore I believe.
I've done all my load development with the ladder test at 500yds, ( I think I really do need to invest in a good chrono)
I'm using Redding Micro seater die...
