Im getting one myself and I know I wont be sorry. Most on this forum are pretty brand biased and if its not the brand they own they are quick to point out things, rather than speaking from experience or having handled one much or pointing out true facts.

Sounds like an old model to me. I can see how somebody would be drawn away from a particular brand that had that issue. I hear the old turrets some appeared to have issues.
I agree that the Minox is at the bottom of the class but it also should be as the cost is signifantly less than ZCO and Tangent. Hensoldt should technically not even be in the convo since its in a whole different galaxy as far as price is concerned.

I would place TT, ZCO, Minox ZP5, NF ATACR 7-35, S&B PM II, and Hensoldt all as tier 1 optics. Ive heard good things about the Steiner M7xi but Im not sure if most would consider it tier 1 or not?
