    Many will find out, Ink on paper is not security, but those who make money off your back tell you otherwise. Should an across the board margin call ever happen (which could at some point) many will find their selves living on the street & walking to the food banks.

    No, the bigger problem is the public putting up with shit like this. Recall the mayor, then fire the chief for allowing this kind of shit to happen in the first place. This falls directly on the mayor, that was elected. Those POS's need to be prosecuted for abuse.
