    25 Creedmoor

It was literally the best bullet ever made for 25 IMO

    25 Creedmoor

Dont have my book in front of me, but IIRC the 131 load was around 42 and the 134 was like 40.8 or something.

    25 Creedmoor

They shoot fantastic, I'm still loading them with H4350. I was a little let down that they aren't as fast as my 131's tho. The 131's were over 2900 with no pressure signs, but these 134's at 2850 are getting close to too much pressure. At least with this powder.

    Tumbling Solid bullets?

Obviously both yours and my experience are somewhat anecdotal, but something to evaluate for sure. Thanks for your input!

    Tumbling Solid bullets?

For sure that is the case, I sorta outlined that in the post. I was more thinking of performance outside of that objective truth.

    Tumbling Solid bullets?

A lot of you guys may have seen my thread about my recent pronghorn antelope hunt, after recovering the bullet I was left with some questions. I'm hoping to appeal to those with some good opinions to discuss the topic with. I have put a lot of my thoughts down here...

    Pronghorn Hunt Complete...

I normally am hunting for meat yes. I prefer not pummeling the shoulder, but when the shot clock is counting down I failsafe toward the biggest target zone. Especially on a limited entry tag that took six years to draw.

    Pronghorn Hunt Complete...

For those curious, here is some of the damage caused by the 100 grain Cayuga solid bullet. Muzzle velocity is 3030fps, and the impact was approximately 480 yards downrange with an estimated impact velocity of 2350fps. After breaking his shoulder it passed through the contents pictured below...

Mine runs flawless from both 5 and 10 round mags and using the 308 bolt. It is exceptionally accurate in the rifle.

    Pronghorn Hunt Complete...

I managed to draw one of Utah's Pronghorn tags this year, and put him on the ground over the weekend. He's not going to break any records but he looks great and was the best buck we saw. Hope you enjoy the story...

    Light tactical rifle concept

I put this one together a few years back, if you did something similar with a short barreled 308 or 6.5 it would be killer. https://coldboremiracle.com/2020/07/09/the-257-blackjack/

    Going Short 6.5CM

Ive shot this little rifle to 1400, its a sweet little rifle.

    Going Short 6.5CM

I built this rifle for my son years ago, he still hammers with it. Granted its a 260, but I would have done the same with a 6.5CM https://coldboremiracle.com/2018/01/11/a-rifle-for-coldboremiracle-junior/

    M77 Overhaul

I strongly considered this as an option as well, but ended up going with the regular rings.

This one shoots, and it makes a hell of a mess out of chucks
