    Re: Redfield Revolution I bought the 2-7x32 for my 17HMR. It is very clear and appears well built. The power ring turns smoothly without grit or slack. I can tell how true the adjustments are since I was only adjusting at 50yds and the wind was blowing all over the place.

    Re: Surefire G2 is always dead your email probably got sent to the spam or trash list. Mine did. I figured they didn't reply, but in fact they did. I called anyway and have always gotten everything taken care of. Compared to surefire, everything else is just a toy. They will take care of you.

    Re: Surefire G2 is always dead it could be the switch is making just enough contact to run down the batts without lighting the bulb, especially if its an older G2 without the LOTC, try taking the switch off and letting it sit for a while. Also what brand are the batteries?

    Do leuppy MK4 rings have any identifing marks? I have a set that are supposedly Leuppy extra high for a flattop AR. they wont tighten up on the rail. They dont fit any of my Pictanny rails.

    I am considering a nice scope for a 7mmRM. It now has a Leuppy VX-II 4-12x40. I was looking to spend $600-$800. Tactical turrets would be nice for the real long shots,but I think the optical quality would be more useful.
