    Dillon XL 650

I love my 650XL for handgun ammo, and even .223, but I use my single stage for precision ammo.

Glad I got my data book, cover and Mildot Master from you a week ago, by the way... thanks for the picture on the box! Get well soon!

    Range berm

What better reason to grill some burgers!

    Range berm

I will include the neighbors input for sure, he doesn't shoot, but I know he at least owns a shotgun. We're good friends so Im sure he wont care, in fact with his 20 acres, the range could be even longer and with his other hill, even safer. He's used to the sound of gunfire. We live out in...

    Range berm

Great idea, not sure why I didn't think of that, I know his land butts up against another huge hill, I might be able to use part of his land too, and get a longer range! We've both been here for at least 15 years, and I know he doesn't use it for anything.

    Range berm

I'm not shooting up, it's a level shot, or at least very close to level (under 5 degrees probably) and actually a little downhill. I could easily do a 15 foot C shaped berm, and like I said, there's still alot of vertical hill above that for it to try to get over. I'd have to shoot at least 50...

    Range berm

Im setting up a long range shooting lane on my property. I live at the top of a large hill and will be shooting into the hill from the bottom of it. Not toward my house, kind of across the property at the bottom. Right now, I have a very nice 100 yard plus range, at the bottom of the hill...

How to use a data book?

I'm assuming you saw the video of the guy shooting in an indoor range entering info into his Impact data book right? I think it's on Impact's site on the "instructions" link.

    Another homemade SS Pin tumbler

Yeah, I know it runs slower than the Thumbler, and it would speed up the process if it would be faster RPM's, but this motor was free, and it was simple to make so I'm ok with letting it tumble for 3-4 hours.

    Using a Data Book

I just realized though that I should have made the 1" circles on the data book pages just outlines instead of solid circles though.... damn, I just printed off ten pages!

    Using a Data Book

I decided to make my own data book pages with matching targets. I really like the CALL section of the Impact data book, so I modeled mine after theirs. I added a RIFLE box though since I have two rifles I'll be using this book with. I don't feel like buying another book. The large circles on...

    Using a Data Book

Thanks, I think I'm going to make my own targets with four 1" dots (5 shots per dot) spaced around the page. Maybe put one more in the center for a cold bore shot. Maybe I'll even make my own data pages to match those targets.

    Using a Data Book

I just got my first data book (Impact) and while I'm pretty confident I know how to enter in the data, one thing confuses me. Before I got this book, when I would shoot for precision, (or at least that's what I call it) I've always printed out twelve, 1" black circles on a standard 8-1/2" by...

    Mail Call Mondays

Great videos, thanks for taking the time and effort to make them. I'm still working my way through them all. Keep up the great work.

Effective Immediately, No Politics Period !

Thank you! I agree completely! I came to this site learn about precision shooting. There's enough politics on all the other forums I'm on as it is. If I wanted to talk politics, I'd go join boremetodeath.com

    Another homemade SS Pin tumbler

Honestly... I'm still not sold on the SS wet tumbling method yet. It does get the cases a little cleaner, plus it gets the primer pockets and insides much cleaner, but its more work with the rinsing and drying than the super quick and easy vibratory tumbling method. Since right now, I've got...

    Another homemade SS Pin tumbler

No issues with pins or cases getting stuck yet. And I haven't bothered to change any speed yet.

    Scope camming

I'm just getting into precision rifle shooting and was wondering if someone might be able to help me see something. What I'd love to do is to be able to look through the scope of someone else that shoots pretty darn good at distance. Now I think that might be possible with a scope cam. What...

    9mm Dies

I like the Lee's. I especially like the decapping pins on them. Hard to break.
