    Re: NF 1-4 & PVS14 TROUBLES??? Tried my accupoint this evening. Light transmission was much better, however the triangle chevron was washed out into a circle, would only be useful for cqb. Will try something else soon. May end up with laser for my aiming point.

    Re: NF 1-4 & PVS14 TROUBLES??? My alignment should be grand. I turned a piece of ABS plastic that fits securely on the objecive of the PVS 14 and a tight fit on the ocular of my NF. I have a 3-9x40 accupoint, maybe I should try it. Not sure how the triangle chevron will work. Thanks for the info.

    BDC Retcle for .22 LR

    Guys, I am looking for a scope for my .22 LR. I am not really intersted in BDC turrets, just want a reticle that has holds out to 200 yards or so. I am currently running a 3-9 accupoint, but has no holds, just a triangle chevron. Thanks, Brandon

    What filling for rear bag?

    Re: What filling for rear bag? I use rice right now, but I am changing over to what ever is used in desticate bags. I always store my rear bag in my case with my rifle, I thought it would be a good rust prevention. Besides I have yet to have resort to my rice for a food source.

    Best Android Tools for Shooting

    Re: Best Android Tools for Shooting I have the EVO by HTC and it works really well with shooter. Has a cute little kick stand that's nice when shooting. I did have to add an anti-glare screen cover.

    Re: Turning a AR-15 into Bolt Action Only Few reasons. 1. I really like how modular an AR platform is I have lots of parts. 2. I will be shooting longer bullets that don't feed through mag, so gas system is nearly irrelevant outside of unlocking the bolt. 3. I just like trying new things.

Over the years I have seen many highpower guys have charging handles tapped into the carrier, but i know the struggle has always been the rotating bolt lock up is a bitch to operate effeciently.
