    Tikka CTR .308 Rust Suggestions

    Old barrel removed, new one installed, headspaced, touched up the crown, and thread for a can.... $250. First 5 shots with Fed Fusion printed 3/4 moa. Barely any fouling upon cleaning. This is a factory new stainless take off barrel that was never shot. So far, very happy.

    The Barrett Fieldcraft came with a 7 twist in 243. It shot everything just fine. Current Tikkas are offered in 8 twist as well.

    Do you have a budget? Do you care if MOA or Mil? I'll throw out the S&B TPolar if neither is an issue. My VX-6 and Z5 did not hold/maintain zero with extended dialing. YMMV A used Leica Magnus, if you can find one, is also phenomenal.
