    Neck sizer causing scoring on brass. Recommendations?

    Having an odd issue with my Lee bullet seating die. I'm loading some 140 RDF's for a Tikka CTR 24" 6.5CM that has a long throat I think (2.986" COAL to be on the lands, yeah yeah I know I should do CBTO but this works fine if you do it right). I'm loading them 0.030" off the lands, so 2.955"...
