    Rifle Scopes Protecting my scope from the rings...?

    Is there some sort of tape I could use sparingly around my scope, to protect it from being scratched up by the scope rings? Something like electrical tape, but thinner, maybe?

    Rifle Scopes Sighting-in my new rifle+scope combo...
