Night Vision Picture of PVS-22/27 on a DTA?

Specific Annealing Question -- Can you "over-anneal"

Suppressors The wait begins....DTA SRS w/ TBAC 338ba

45 pieces Hornady .338lm Brass 22 bucks, worth it?
Been doing all my load dev. with lapua brass, run into some once fired Hornady at the range today, 45 pieces for 22 bucks. seems like a nice price. Thoughts?
