OK a couple months ago I was shooting 3/4 MOA at 100m. Put a new trigger on the rifle, and now it seems I can only get fist size groups. Is it this nut behind the gun? I shoot a Rem 700 .308 with a B&C stock. and 24" barrel. Conditions....It was windy about 15-20 mph winds at about 1/8 to 1/2...

I have a R700 in 308, it says the twist rate is 1:12 but i've read that some people have bought them with with a 1:10 even though it says 1:12 on the package. How do I tell what my twist rate is?
