Which bipod feet, Hawk Hill or Tactical Supply?

I am looking for bipod feet for my Atlas bipod and narrowed it down to either the a Hawk Hill or Tactical Supply Talons. Any pros or cons that you’ve seen? Any others that I should be looking at? I have had an opportunity to shoot a rifle with the Tactical Supply talons but it was on a Harris...

Winchester or Lapua 243 brass for Prs comps?

I’m running Starline brass in a 243 and a 260. So far it’s been really good, consistent. I’m running 108 gr ELDM’s with RE26 at 3120 in the 243 and it’s been as good as Lapua brass for me.

Hunting & Fishing New stock for Remington 700 ADL

I’m looking for suggestions for a replacement stock for a long action Remington 700 ADL. It was the first rifle I ever purchased, in 1990, and I’d like to upgrade it a bit. It’s chambered in .270 and I would be willing to do the BDL conversion from Brownell’s. Traditional hunting style stock...

Anyone tried the new 6mm 108 gr ELD Match bullets with RE26? I just picked up both and am interested in using it in a .243.

So has anyone bought the new Remington 700 Magpul rifle?

I bought one in .260 and so far I am really pleased with it. I paid around $875 out the door and put a Vortex PST gen 1 FFP on it that I had. Just finished load work up on it and it is sub MOA consistently, much better when I take my time and follow fundamentals. Only thing I replaced was the...

starting point with RL16 in 6.5x47

I ended up settling on 42 gr in my .260 using 140 ELD-M's but tested up to 43 without any pressure signs. I started at 38.5. Not exactly the same but hope it helps.

Definitely getting a little crunch at 42 gr. with the 140 ELD-M and I believe that I'm getting full powder burn.

    Reloder 16 for .260 REMINGTON

I finally got out to do load development on my new .260. Ended up settling on a load of 42 gr of RE16 and BTO of 2.20 for the 140 gr. ELD-M's, primers were CCI 200. In my rifle, Remington 700 with 22" 5R, I got a average velocity of 2699 fps with a SD of 5 and ES of 14. I found no signs of...

    Reloder 16 for .260 REMINGTON

Thanks a lot for that Layton. I think I'll start at 37.5 and work up slowly to around 42 or until I see some pressure signs. Everyone has told me to use H4350 but I could not find any, as others have found. Was told that RE16 is very close, maybe with slightly higher fps, we'll see and I'll...

    Reloder 16 for .260 REMINGTON

I was wondering if anyone has any load data for .260 Rem with Reloder 16? I was able to pick up a couple pounds locally and would like a starting point for 140 ELD-M, only data I could find on line was for the 142 SMK.
