Ouch! I looked up those binos. Sure are nice but a tad out of my budget. Just wish I had been born rich instead of so damn good looking! Maybe I'll try the Vortex and get over the china part of it. A friend has one and he seems pretty happy with it plus the lifetime warrany is had to beat.

Thanks for the input. I was kind of afraid it would pull up short on the range side of things. From what I've read, the Vortex should get me what I'm looking for but with lesser glass and china parts.

I sold off a few boxes of primers and need to ship them. I understand USPS is out. UPS tells me they can't ship them from an individual and I have to hire a Hazmat shipping broker??? FedEx doesn't seem to understand what primers even are!! Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks

Just yesterday I finalized my 6.5 Creed load using a Kreiger 28" 7.5 twist barrel. I'm using 147 ELD's at 2828 and shot 3 sub 5" groups and several sub 7" at 1000yds. The conditions were excellent. Very happy with the results.

A beam scale is just fine for setting the Dillon thrower. When you get the press set up, throw a few charges to get the powder settled in. Weigh several when you get the target weight and you're GTG.

I called the seller to see if he could tell me the barrel twist. I would assume the 1-10 would be the better choice for the 285's and 300's. Also, when you say phosphate, are you referring to the receiver or the barrel, or both?

OK. I thought the difference was they added a second ejector to the bolt. Maybe both?
