I had my best results with the Berger 220gr Hybrids. Unfortunatley they are no longer making this ammo. Believe it or not, the SIG 190gr Match ammo is really really good. But the old standard is the Black Hills 190gr.

Not able to locate one yet. I went with the Midwest Industries Rail.

I would recommend RWS HIGHLY. Built my Mod 0/1. It shoots like a laser. Shoots sub 1/2 MOA with 230gr Berger and 190gr Black Hills.
