    I’m finishing up my second. No better way to do it in my opinion. Use private financing to build the home, then refinance for a traditional mortgage. Materials high and rates low, or material low and rates high. If forever home build now and get in on low rates.

    Yes. The SLC and SLC NEU are very similar. The HD is where there is a noticeable difference.

    I’m saving for the master built 560. Basically a charcoal grill that’s supposed to be like a pellet grill. Gravity feeds lump or briquettes.

    This is my first attempt. Kelbly action proof 6.5cm barrel for me to hunt with. When my 3yo gets bigger I’ll order a bolt and barrel in 223 for him to shoot with. Would definitely be too heavy for a kid to swing it’s really better for tripod or prone type hunting.

    I don’t believe so. We don’t have the density of the Midwest/east. Would sure love to find a place to go and be able to dump a bunch of does! That would be incredible!

    True, guess it depends how you hunt, Ive never had a single issue with a mag hanging out the bottom but some dudes seem to struggle with it.

    Hawkins dbm with accurate mag was 3oz heavier than Hawkins M5 bdl with Wyatt’s box, spring, and follower.
