    POI shifting down as the rifle heats up

    Can you help clarify something? You are not adjusting the scope. Groups shift when it is warm and then return to zero when the rifle is cold? Sometimes scopes stick when an adjustment is made.

    The barrel and rifle has never been shot other than test fired by GAP. The problem is that GAP installs at least two different configurations on the GAP10. The gas block on my barrel is too far inside the hand guard to effectively use a switch block. Im OK with a new barrel, block, gas tube...

    Rifle Scopes MIL vs MOA scope

    There have been a lot of matches won and bad guys shot with MOA W/E adjustments and a mil dot reticle. Its all in what you are used to shooting. I do however agree that there are advantages to a mil / mil system. I wouldn't insist that this kind of a setup is a mistake.

    S&W M&P 15 - 22lr
