We've now added a color code for all accounts. Orange accounts are new members, Blue are full members, and Green are Supporters. If you get a message about a sale from an orange account, make sure you pay attention before sending any money!
Now that the Hide is back lets see if we can get this group vocal again. I tried to restart the old threads but no luck. I've been away from shooting for awhile but am trying to get back into the game.
Re: Remington 798 The Mauser 98 action is what caught my interest. I already have a Remy700 in 06 that I built and absolutely love it. I'm exploring the different options for another build and so am looking at something different--and I'm a long action .30 cal fan
Re: Remember the Great .30-06 Debate 10 Years Ago? out to 1500---very nice. I haven't had the chance to reach out farther yet. I will definitely be waiting to hear how the 225's work out for you. been thinking about trying moly'd bullets---any tips on how to get started would be apreciated
Re: Remember the Great .30-06 Debate 10 Years Ago? So how's about we start the discussions again---I'm shooting a 700 with a 26" hart barrel and a break using the 208s but looking for more ideas

Re: SHWW Group somebody messed up and forgot to lock the lid so I sneaked out--not all I gotta do is remember what that funny looking chunk of steel and resin is for---I seem to recall something about pointing it at far away objects and it made a loud noise
Re: SHWW Group wow--thank you for the info--I'll definitely look into it. any suggestions on how big a bullet I should use? I read that 556 is better than all other sizes cuz it shots fatter--so you can get better range from it.
Re: SHWW Group So--can any of you guys recommend a high-zoot package I can put together for less than $1000.00 that will shoot .25moa out to 2kyds? I read a book about snipers and play video war games so I know I can really shoot good. Any help would be appreciated
Re: SHWW Group "carbine" is a little brother version of a larger (full size rifle). If this follows like last years team event, one member shot carbine and the other shot long rifle--bolt or otherwise
