Re: Jones Tactical gun belts I have one of their belts, and it does alright. The SCUBA webbing is not nearly as stiff as the Ares belt. Also, the velcro on the Jones looks like a good idea after it's tight to secure the extra webbing; but once you tighten it, the excess is a bitch to get...
Re: Carrying Concealed (how do you do it ?) Michael, You live in the land of Milt Sparks, no need to look further! In all honesty, their stuff has worked really well for me for years, I'd give them a hard look and get an order in the works. Good luck, and be safe.

Re: M&P magazine issues I just posted this on another site: I had this issue with my mags two years ago. My mags had been loaded for one week, and my spring was bound on three out of three mags. I contacted the LE rep in my area, and he stated that they had this issue with some 45's in NC...
Re: 45 ACP OAL Question Makes sense about the COL, it had me confused because it looked so damn short. It fed at 1.23, but 1.28 feeds too. The taper crimp is getting the neck to .473, per the book and feeds fine.
I am new to reloading, and am working out of the Hornady book for 45 ACP 230g RN. The book shows the OAL to 1.23", however this is pretty short compared to the Federal factory ammo I have. I am guessing that the difference is in the bullet it self, but wanted to ask while I am stil loading...
Re: HK .45 or Sig sp2022 or 1911 Occidental Leather makes some pretty nice stuff for the HK45 and 45c. Sparks, and a lot of other custom makers make holsters too.

Re: What 45 to buy???? Hk45 or 45c get my vote. Depending on the size of your hands and the intended duty of the pistol, you cannot go wrong with either of these pistols. Replace the sights with Meps or Trijicons and you'll be good to go.

Re: knife advice requested If you want a knife that can hold the edge, and will not rust; the Spyderco H1 steel is tits. One of the best things about it, is that it work hardens. The steel gets tougher as you sharpen it and use it. Only down side is that the knives are ugly as sin, and the...

A few of us from work are looking to go chase turkeys this spring here in Colorado. We were looking at the southern part of the state around the Spanish Peaks SWA and the Wet Mountains. Does anyone have any tips for decent land to hunt on? This is most likely a long shot, but we'll see. Thanks!
