I use some string tied to a weight and hung up, and then level rifle. I use the string (plumb line) to line up reticle while rifle is level.

Re: Lifeproof cases They are great cases. I have had mine on me when I fell out of a kayak, and biking in a severe rainstorm. Not to mention all the times its been dropped and it is still GTG.

Re: SPRish build I beleive a 12 inch should cover a mid length. The gas block just sticks out on a rifle length with 12 inch rail.

I have a Leupy MK4 4.5x14 and a Noveske Recon 16in. Would I need a 20 moa Recon mount to get out to 600-800 yrds or would I be able to get away with the standard model?

I am looking for a good steel target and a stand that will place the top of the steel target at approx. 5'-6'. The reason is that the place where I shoot likes you to have your taregts set at that height inside of about 600 yrds. They do this as a safety precaution against rounds skipping off of...

Re: upper what do you like?? I like my Noveske and KAC....Colt, DD, and BCM are also great options.

Re: GPI Guns? Good, Bad, Ugly? I have had guns stippled and cerakoted there. I know they do good work on 1911's and AR's, but haven't seen any precision rifle work yet. The owner, Lee, is a nice guy.
