    Opinions on Black Hills .308 vs FGMM? 5R Milspec

    I just ran a box of 175 BH out of my 24" 5R this past weekend. Accuracy was good but to my surprise it chrono'd at only 2450fps. I thought it would be at least 2600.

    Gunsmithing What 7mm cal to chamber a new barrel

    There's nothing wrong with a standard 280 either. I shoot 162 Amax's out of a 24.5" barrel at 2890. No pressure signs. No fire forming brass. If you really want to get them moving go with 7mm Rem Mag. You can't go wrong with either.
