Submariner blue and gold. It's now 19.5 yrs old and still just awesome.....my wife gave it to me as an engagement gift after I put .30cal diamond on her finger back in 2001:giggle: Good deal on getting the bow out and sticking an elk. Sorry to hear you're still dicking with scope.
Beautiful setup!!! I'm sold on the Centurion. Does VGW always put knurled blued thread protectors on their stainless barrels? I've never seen them otherwise. I prefer a seamless smooth thread protector to match the barrel contour and finish....just curious.
Dumb question, I’ve never shot BR competitively so this would be my first time. I’d be shooting an Anny 64MPR. I’d have no delusions of being competitive other than with myself.....so my question is whether the spots are open to average Joe‘s or is the intent for serious competitors to be the...
Re: 5R factory ammo Rem Match shoots the tightest groups for me with GMM right behind it. Hornady Match best bang for buck followed by Privi Match. Lapua 155's show great promis but too pricey if not competing. I enjoy shooting steel plates so minute of pie plate is all I really require out...
Re: Best Rem 5R mod you made 1. Rifle Basix Trigger 2. Mark 4 3. A5 stock that I bedded 4. SAC bolt handle 5. Reloading: I started reloading because of this rifle. But I'm not after tiny groups for competition so the 1/4" improvement I've experienced with hand loads is cool but not necessary...
Re: burris SIG. ZEE ring users, help I'm using the medium on Rem 700 with Nightforce 20moa bases and a Leupold 4.5-15X50mm. If you find the highs will work let me know.
Re: burris SIG. ZEE ring users, help I've got highs and my calipers in front of me. I get .330 from the underside of the main housing to the edge of the insert. .655 from the bottoms of the "legs" to the insert.
Re: Tacitcal Innovations reciever reverse cant? You might want to try Burris Signature rings with the inserts to counteract the slope of your rail. You can get .20 offset inserts but you'll need to order them separately. I use the Signature rings exclusively now, on a Marlin 39AS, Savage...

Re: Stiff Leupold Mark 4 M3 Dials Funny, my M4 turrets on one of my scopes is like this while the other I just purchased off the hide and had been back to Leupold to get M1 knobs installed turns like I would expect. I'm going to try and lube the o rings as suggested on the other one.
