    Each of my plates is 7 lbs 11.3 oz. X 4 puts it a sliver over 30bs of steel. Plus the vest. But you CAN run 3 plates in front and 3 in back if you wanna go bananas. That would be +46 lbs plus the vest

    I just bought a cheap amazon vest and had four 1/4" AR500 plates made for it. Functions as "defacto" armor in a pinch, but I just wear it as a weight training vest.

    Exactly. Going forward...all a company would need to do is DESIGN AND DEVELOP their firearm to fire both kinds. That makes it exempt. A re-barrel doesn't achieve this because the rifle was not designed and developed that way from the start. Not exempt.

    I've had my Obsidian45 for 5-6 years now I think. Used it on 9mm, 10mm, 45 and 300 blk...and it's been good. I had a baffle strike from shooting it loose on 9mm...(still feel like pistol cans need taper locks) but it wasn't an issue with the can per-say. I've got the 1/2x28 and .578x28 piston...

    Scope for a subsonic 300 BLK

    I ran a 1-8.5 Bushnell SMRS on mine. Worked just fine and dandy. If I were going to do it over, I'd probably use a Vudu 1-10x with a SR5...but that's just me. The OG SMRS just had a little heavy of a center dot...so I actually zeroed the 1 mil mark at 100 yds on the BTR2 reticle.

    For me, I just want to complete the look of my KMW SBR build. All the metal is going to be coated eventually. Pic rails are likely gonna be desert sand or desert verde. barreled action is gonna be a flavor of coyote. My match rifles can be black and barrels silver, but this one....this one...

    I'm having a TL3 done soon, it's one of my first ones, that was Stainless, and was DLC coated afterward. Gonna do the OUTSIDE only, but I'm planning to have the bolt body and handle done as well. NOT the face or shroud. I don't expect any issues, It'll be interesting to have one done again...

    The Elite Tactical line has tanked since the Gen1 ERS and XRS. I had high hopes for the Gen3 6-36 and.its actually not much better than the 5-30 MatchPro ED. For the price, ill take a DNT The One 7-35 over the XRS3

    Just put "back" together a 15" shorty in 6 Creed in a MACS chassis. Waiting on Cerakote in either FDE or Coyote Tan. Still trying to decide on a relatively small hunting optic. I've used a 5-25 Vudu before and I really didn't LOVE it, but I'm thinking new new one in FDE might be acceptable...

    After hearing that the Primary Arms 2.5-20x48 is going to be NEXT YEAR. What kind quality is this thing really going to have at $1500 that I can't get from a preowned Mk5 3.6-18x???
