I have had that 30 yrs. Custom made orth inserts were a waste of money. Power step inserts, good shoes, therapy, daily exercise, and stretching was only thing that has kept mine manageable and a few meds. I also used the boot at night, I hate that thing, but will admit it works!

I have been doing that for 30 + years, it goes in ammo cans . I have some 9mm that have been primed for 20 + years. .I used some a while back, shot fine.

Hold gun tight against shoulder. I had this problem 1 time. Some one on here told me that, and that's what it was. Also have same sight, cheek position every time.

Shots and daily stretches have helped mine,and I use powerstep shoe inserts. I have had it for 25 yrs, when it gets to feeling great I will get lazy on the stretches, and here it comes again!

i just mounted a bipod on my savage 308 fp. the scope was zeroed off a bag. i tried out the bipod it shot straight on but about 3 1/4 low, is this normal?

I am going to load 150 gr and 163 gr for my M1 garand , ( 30/06) anybody have a starting load using IMR-4895 for both bullets that is safe for oper. rod. thanks for all info

I SEEN SOME NEW BRASS TODAY IN A WEB SITE, THIS COMPANY STATED THAT IT WAS FEDERAL BRASS HEAD STAMP, MADE BY WINCHESTER, DO YOU THINK ITS ANY BETTER THAN FEDERAL?
