Gunsmithing Tikka T3 HELP

I took my T3 apart to send off to a gunsmith for some work. I noticed after removing the stock from the receiver assembly that there was a small lock type washer laying in the bottom of the stock just behind the trigger. I have check the parts list many times and cannot find this particular...

Gunsmithing Velocity Muzzle Brakes
