Re: NXS 2.5-10x32 i was pretty sure that they all where but the new guy at the shop was less than helpful. high setting for the brightness was way bright but that was under a store spotlight.

looking at picking up a 2.5-10x32 nxs with the NP-R2 ret. the local gun shop doesnt keep a whole lot of these lying around so id like to know if the reticle is illuminated like the velocity ones are, and how good these are at early morning/last light. also any thoughts on these or similiar scopes?

TSR XP 300WSM has anyone had any expierence with this rifle or the PBR rifle it replaced? is it worth taking a second look at, I've heard of people getting .75MOA and better from these out of the box anyone seen this first hand?

Re: creatures encountered on a stalk now im not current or retired military but i thought id get my piece in. these "friendly" little quarter sized buggers are called "barn" spiders and lets not forget the ever cuddly american porcupine had a run in with a few of these during a mule deer...
