Re: Reticle off centered? Damn... Now is this just a cosmetic issue? Or will it be a problem at longer ranges? Since I'm in Canada I'd have to wait another 3 weeks and pay another 25$ duty charge plus the shipping on Matt's end for a replacement. Should I have it replaced?

Hey guys, I just got my replacement WOTAC this week. After mounting the scope I look through it and notice that the reticle looks a little bit off centered. I'm not sure if it's just me though. A little bit hard to tell in the pictures, but what do you think?

Re: Nightforce base mounting problems :( Thanks Mike. I think I'm having that screw problem because the base is canted, sorry for another noob question :P It's my first precision rifle. As for bedding, I figure i'd only do that if accuracy starts to go down hill.

So i'm mounting my NF base, and two problems occur. One, I get 4 large screws and 2 small screws. Now since I can't find any instructions on the NF bases, and the Badgers seem almost identical, i'm using theirs. So BO says to use two large ones for the rear, and 1 large and 1 small for the front...

Re: Is it possible to have too little clearance? Oh, Thanks Brian. This is my first real precision bolt gun you see, and I heard someone warn me about rings being too low and causing problems with the bolt and eye piece.

Hey guys, I know you should always strive to have the least amount of a gap between objective bell and barrel as possible, but is there a point where that gap becomes too tight? I'm trying to figure out if I should go with Nightforce low or medium rings right now, and based on my calculations...

Re: Finally Got it! Very nice, I'm looking into getting one myself, just can' decide on the target model or not. Have you used the other version of this scope? Are these knobs better then the none target versions?
